I am a Finnish CFO with over 20 years of finance leadership experience across technology, SaaS, life sciences, industrial and digital media sectors. My work has been shaped by environments where finance must do more than report history — turnarounds, funding rounds, M&A integration, international reporting and finance functions built from scratch.
I founded Nordic Finance Experts to provide companies with senior, hands-on finance capability on a flexible basis. The purpose is simple: bring CFO-level clarity and execution where a permanent hire is not yet possible, not yet justified or temporarily not available.
Recent assignments include CFO work at Naava Group, where I led turnaround-related finance work and identified €1.5M in annualised cost savings. At Kääpä Biotech I built the financial case and due diligence package supporting a €10M growth financing round. I have also served as Director of Finance for Sharper Shape Group, an AI-powered drone inspection platform operating in Finland and the US.
Earlier in my career I worked at Veolia Water Technologies across Finland and Denmark, with revenue scope of approximately €200M, and at Sanoma/Oikotie in digital business controlling and CFO-type responsibilities for a major digital business unit.
I work in Finnish and English and have hands-on finance experience across Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands and the United States.
